Ft. covered deck offers table seating for six as well as jumbo hammock and river view. An open living room with kitchen at one end including skylights and wicker cushioned furniture, and TV with DVD video library. One bathroom with shower. Washer dryer included. Full service kitchen including. Swimming hole, trout fishing, and river walk exploration right out your front door. Limited hours access to swimming pool and hot tub.

2 Guests $237/Night, 2 yrs old & under, no charge
    * $32 per/Nt. additional persons over 2 yrs. old
High Season Discount Rates:
   4-5 Nights/$232, 6 or more Nights/$226
Off Season Discounts:
   15% Off for Reservation in Oct-April

2 Nights Minimum, 3 Nights Minimum Holidays
Cleaning Fee $87 & 10% tax on the Total
$250 damage/booking deposit
House includes fully equipped kitchen, linens, towels and toiletries.
**Winter weather you will need chains for your vehicle or 4 Wheel Drive

Cancellation charge prior to 60-days: $200
After 60-days, forfeits full deposit
50% of Total Due at Booking, Remaining 50% due by 14 days prior to check-in
