Sun images set in it's stone exterior, the bright and decorative sun house has an artistic high open ceiling, skylights in the master studio bedroom and a king bed. Accommodating 2-4 people, like a suite, there is adjacent sleeping space, with a trundle bed in the historical book library and a desk. In addition to the marble bathroom with shower, there is a hot tub spa and pool. There is a full service kitchen with refrigerator, stove/oven, toaster and microwave oven. Outside barbeque facilities and camp fire area are surrounded by extensive gardens, umbrella covered tables and green lawns for sun bathing, sports and games. Access to the river (300 yards away) is unlimited. Internet access is wireless.

$275 per night, 1-2 people, $25 per night for each additional person
2 nights minimum stay
3 nights minimum stay for holidays

50% of total cost is due at reservation confirmation, plus damage deposit/booking fee of $250
Payments accepted by check through mail

Cleaning charge $65 for up to 3 nights and
$100 for weekly rentals
Houses include fully equipped kitchens,
linens, towels and toiletries

Cancellation charge prior to 60-days: $250.
After 60-days, forfeits full deposit
